One way I want to support you in building your village is by connecting with you before you give birth and by doing so connecting you with other Mamas around the same gestation as you, this gives you an opportunity to say hello before your beautiful babe enters the world and have some other mamas to chat to during the end of your pregnancy journey. These catch ups will be based on your estimated due date month, where I will connect you with other Mamas and provide you with a goody bag of some items I found helpful for labour and when my baby joined our family. 

Becoming a new Mama can be an exciting time, but also it can feel a little isolating and overwhelming at times. I know that leaving the house in those first few months can be scary, let me support you in this beautiful phase. This group has been created to provide you with a safe and nurturing space where you can connect with other Mamas with babies around the same age. Spending time with other Mamas is beneficial for your social, emotional and mental wellbeing. You can spend time together each week chatting and catching up, while introducing some sensory and attachment activities into your little babies routine. Studies show that the first year is crucial for your babies growth and development, so this is a great time to introduce some activities that you can easily do with your baby at home also.
