Refund Policy

We at The Well Mama Collective understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. Unfortunately due to the nature of our programs and events we are unable to offer refunds or make up classes. Our programs and events have costs that we need to pay for, this includes special guests, venue hire, activities and catering etc. We do understand this can be difficult at times but appreciate your kindness and understanding. 

We will of course offer a refund or exchange if The Well Mama Collective has to reschedule or cancel a program and you can no longer attend the rescheduled event. We will also provide refunds if we are running a competition (for the winner if tickets have already been purchased). The Well Mama Collective will offer refunds to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
